In 2022, at the invitation of Dinex Group and Chef Boulud, I stepped away from traditional plated imagery to tell a more human and immersive story. My lens focused on the environments, the tools and the people who shape the experience, revealing the choreography and craftsmanship that define his restaurants.
Photographed across three of Boulud’s New York establishments — Daniel, Le Pavillon and Le Gratin — the series reflects a quiet intimacy and cinematic tone. It presents a modern expression of luxury rooted in tradition, culture and care.
